GENERAL AGREEMENT, DISCLAIMER, LIABILITY CLAUSES
By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that (a) all information submitted by you is true, accurate, current and complete; and (b) you shall maintain and update information submitted in order to keep it truthful, current, accurate, and complete.
EMAIL ADDRESSES, WORK HISTORY, SOCIAL SECUTIRTY NUMBER, CLD NUMBER, CRIMINAL BACKGROUND, MAILING ADDRESS, HOME ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBERS are shared ONLY with those employers whom you select as companies or a company you wish to seek employment with.

The Company or it's employees do not run background checks on applicants.  Background checks will be run by employers to which you specify interest.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE

You may use this site for purposes expressly permitted by this site. You may not use this site for any other purpose, including any commercial purpose, without the company's express prior written consent. For example, you may not (and may not authorize any other party) to co brand this site or frame this site, without the express prior written permission of an authorized representative of The Company. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Use, "co-branding" means to display a name, logo, trademark, or other means of attribution or identification of any party in such a manner as is reasonably likely to give a user the impression that such other party has the right to display, publish, or distribute this site or content accessible within this site. You agree to cooperate with The Company in causing any unauthorized co-branding, framing or hyper-linking immediately to cease.

PRIVACY AND USE OF INFORMATION

As more fully set forth in our Privacy Statement, your personal information will not be with any third party without your authorization. Please note, however, all information you provide to us may be shared with other third parties as necessary to comply with applicable law and to generally cooperate with law enforcement and the court system in investigating and prosecuting suspected criminal activities or otherwise, including, without limitation, in response to inquiries from law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

DESCRIPTION AND AGE REQUIREMENT

A MEMBER MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE and a USA citizen or have a Green Card (work permit) to work and reside in the USA or Canada to use this service if applying for a job with the exception of those who are relocating to the US or Canada or military personnel stationed in a foreign country and is a citizen of the US or Canada.

TERMS OF USAGE, CONTENT, AND GUARANTEE

Users agree not to use any offensive, sexually explicit, or violent terms and verbage on this system and in use of this service.

 APPLICABLE LAWS

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the great state of South Carolina, without regard to its choice of law principles to the contrary. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in, and resolved in, the federal or state courts in the US and Canada and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this Notice.

BACKGROUND CHECKS:

The Company does not perform background checks on our users however employers that users specify will run a background check in accordance with the law should an employer seek to qualify a job applicant (user of this service) for hire.
      
AMMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME AND UPON DOING SO WILL PLACE THE REVISED STATEMENT ON THIS PAGE. EACH USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE COMPANY, IT'S OWNERS AND AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, EXPENSES, FEES, HARM, OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THEIR USE OF THIS SERVICE.
