OTR DRIVER PAY SCALE REGIONAL DRIVERS
Operator teams make:
$.95 per mile plus fuel stabilization. Refresher Program: Heartland has a program for those drivers who have been off the road a while. A driver can come to Heartland and get back on the road with full pay for their experience after completing a short period of time with a senior driver to "shake the rust off". We call if our "Refresher Program". This is not a school or training program. You simply drive with another driver and get back in the swing of driving OTR again.

Our OTR "System" drivers get home every 10-14 days and enjoy the top pay in the industry along with excellent weekly miles. Our Regional drivers get the best of both worlds, great pay AND hometime better than OTR drivers. Regional drivers get home 3 out of 4 weekends if not more and pay better than most long haul drivers. Green Mile$ program: Heartland has a unique program in the Northeast where we pay an ADDITIONAL 4 cents per mile for any mile driven north and east of I-81 starting in Maryland. We recognize the additional effort it takes to operate in this region of the country and this is to compensate for this. We know of no other company who offers you this chance to earn additional pay per mile simply for doing your job the best you can in this area.
